I want to purchase a Docklight Tap, but the Docklight E-Shop says it is not available in my country (USA, Canada,…). What can I do?

Our Docklight hardware products are not available for delivery outside the EU, Switzerland and Norway. But you can purchase fully compatible hardware from our US partners Stratus Engineering directly.

Here is how our hardware product range compares to the Stratus Engineering products:
Docklight Tap – Stratus Engineering “EZ Tap”.
Docklight Tap Pro – Stratus Engineering “EZ Tap Pro”.
Docklight Tap 485 – Stratus Engineering “Versa-Tap”.

NOTE: Our Docklight Tap 485 contains an additional breakout board for RS232 SUB D9 monitoring. This is not included in the Stratus Engineering Versa-Tap scope of delivery.
