There is a bug in the V2.2.8 version and “External / High Priority Process” will only work there when Docklight V2.1 is already installed. (This is exactly how we test our releases for regression – comparing side-by-side with the previous release. So the bug unfortunately was not noticed prior to release.)

Please install and use our latest Docklight release to fix the problem.
